Jenn specializes in coaching teens to adults, focusing on time management, organization, and life balance. With over 25 years in college student development, she empowers clients to build self-confidence and overcome obstacles. As a parent of a 2E teen/ young adult (ADHD and gifted) she understands the needs and challenges that come with transitioning kids to adulthood. Jenn will work with both teens/young adults and parents to help them through this process. As an adult who has been managing her ADHD successfully since she was diagnosed at the age of 18, she has so much to offer adult clients as well. Jenn’s coaching style is engaging, fun, and interactive; she takes a positive approach with her clients and truly meets them where they are at in order to achieve progress and success.
Jenn holds a Master's in Educational Leadership from Central Connecticut State University and certifications from ADDCA and ICF.
Shannon integrates mindfulness and meditation into her coaching, supporting college students in academic and social success. With over a decade in roles such as Adjunct Professor and Academic Advisor, she currently advises at Rutgers Business School. Shannon earned her B.S. in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta and an M.A. in School Counseling from Manhattan College. She is a Certified School Counselor, ICF-Certified Coach, and Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach, as well as a mom to three children: a college graduate, a current college student, and a high school student.

Pam assists clients in career development and life transitions, emphasizing self-awareness and empowerment. Her background includes counseling individuals and families on ADHD, depression, and career challenges.
Pam holds a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University New England, with certifications in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mediation, and as a Guardian ad Litem. She completed ICF-accredited coach training with ADDCA and achieved AACC certification in August 2022.
Pamela is dedicated to supporting neurodivergent students, including those with ADHD, in achieving academic and personal success. With experience as a Student Success Coordinator and Registrar Clinical Coordinator, she advocates for student well-being.
Pamela earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Ramapo College and a master's in Higher Education Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is a certified coach through the ICF-accredited iPEC program.
Grace earned a bachelor's degree from Loyola University in Maryland and a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University. Her background includes supporting those with ADHD, ASD, and other neurodiversity. As an occupational therapist, she has experience working with kids and teens in New York City public schools and in private practice, addressing skill development ranging from fine motor skills to sensory processing.
Nate specializes in coaching children, teens, and young adults with ADHD, focusing on social and executive function skills. His personal experience with ADHD and dyslexia informs his empathetic approach.
Nate graduated from Tennessee Tech University with a degree in Communications and holds certifications as an Enneagram coach and ADHD coach through ADDCA.
